What Leader193 brings to an individual is a set of practical tools, rather than inspirational talk or examples of what good may look like. Errol’s process of working 101, makes a huge impact as it first allows an individual to dismantle old belief systems and then assemble ones that make a difference to ones leadership approach.

I never know what to expect from leadership courses. This one blew me away. Errol always made sure to make it very personally focused and was very flexible in how we moved forward, all the while setting clear exceptions for the outcomes of our sessions. I highly recommend this for any new or seasoned leader. This course had a tremendously beneficial impact on me both personally and professionally and I look forward to carrying that forward. The Leader193  program promotes self awareness and encourages the individual to focus on key elements to achieve success in the work place. Every guideline and topic was discussed and ensured that each element within the 193 way could be applied to our everyday lives, this being both at work and applying them at home. The Team at 193 are extreme professionals, but certainly make themselves open and available to understand the individual. I never once felt excluded in the training or the briefs and always felt welcome to share.

The framework for Leader 193 is easy to understand and, maybe at times, not that easy to follow.  Change is hard.  However, Errol is excellent at coaching you through those tough times and putting things into better context so you understand why you’re making these changes.  Overall, excellent course.

Errol was an outstanding instructor/guide/mentor, challenging us weekly for the duration of the six months Leader-193 engagement. He was fully invested in each one of us personally, and consistently offered constructive feedback and observations.
