Learn the 5 key elements to successful leadership. These elements will provide participants a clear and easy to follow “process” for leadership as well as the foundation for a common leadership language. These 5 key elements will enable you to define what you will hold yourself and people you are charged to lead accountable to, how to enforce accountability in a non-confrontational and meaningful way, and how to plan for success in every obstacle and challenge. Follow Errol’s battle-tested process, implement a common leadership language, and own your environment!

Implement and Practice “The Art” of Leadership:

Learn and understand the art form that is great leadership. Uncover the unique challenges plaguing you and holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself. Learn and practice the tools Errol uses including breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure, to understand and practice leadership every day.

Understand “The Science” of Leadership:

Learn and understand the science of behavior, and how the human brain re-wires itself for behavioral change, both positive and negative! Meet Your Instructor, Leader 193 Founder, Errol Doebler

Errol Doebler, Founder

Errol Doebler is a 1991 Graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. During his time as a Naval Officer, Errol served as Assistant Operations Officer onboard the USS Monongahela, Assistant Platoon Commander at SEAL Team FOUR, and a Platoon Commander at Seal Team ONE.

After spending time in the private sector as a sales leader, Errol joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) where he investigated International Terrorist Organizations out of the FBI’s flagship office in New York City and also served as a member of the FBI’s New York SWAT Team. Because of his background and experience, Errol was attached to the United States Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment while serving as a Special Agent for the FBI. While deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 with the 75th Ranger Regiment, Errol participated in extensive combat operations and was subsequently presented with the FBI’s second highest award for valor, the Shield of Bravery, for his actions on the battlefield.

Errol left the FBI after 13 years of service to begin his leadership consulting firm, Leader 193, in 2016. Errol has worked with executives and teams from Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organizations, small technical startups, and individual executives across a vast array of industries around the world as the Founder of Leader 193.

Errol’s Philosophy on Leadership

With over 20 combined years as a Navy SEAL and FBI Special Agent Errol believes that combat, in all its various forms, is the ultimate expression of consequence. If combat leadership is not done correctly one of three consequences will be realized, all of which are unacceptable: mission failure, injury, or death. Errol also believes that the leadership exhibited during times of chaos and struggle should not be vastly different than the leadership exhibited during times of relative calm and accord. There is no, “Break glass in case of emergency” leadership playbook. The same leadership that is applied during chaos on the battlefield is the same leadership that should be applied in business and at home. As such, Errol developed a leadership process that should be applied to all aspects of our lives in times of both chaos and harmony. His leadership process creates a common leadership language that ensures consistency and clarity, but allows for the necessary flexibility to meet any challenge or circumstance.  

Errol believes in the power of leadership. He believes it is leadership that can solve any problem. He believes his process, born out of the blood, sweat, and tears of mistakes and successes over a lifetime, will create an environment of clarity in purpose and behavior that will sustain you during hard times and propel you during the good times.

THE FORUM Event Refund and Cancellation Policy

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON – Registration can be transferred to another person easily by e-mailing our team at admin@leader193.com. To ensure the event certifications and materials are printed properly for each attendee, we request that a transfer to another person is executed five (5) business days prior to the start of the event.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER FORUM EVENT – If you are no longer able to attend The FORUM event you are registered for, your registration can be transferred to another FORUM Event so long as tickets for that event are still available. This must be requested in writing by e-mail to admin@leader193.com at least fifteen -days (30) days prior to the start the event in which you are registered for.

REFUND – If are no longer able to attend the FORUM event you are registered for and are not able to TRANSFER your registration to another person or to another FORUM event, please submit in writing via email to admin@leader193.com a request for a refund. We offer the following options for a refund:

  • Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to a $200.00 USD administrative fee.
  • If canceled at least eight (8) weeks prior to the start of the event, a full refund (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
  • If canceled at least four (4) weeks prior to the start of the event, 70% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be offered within four (4) weeks of the engagement. For extenuating circumstances, please emails us for consideration at admin@leader193.com.

FORCE MAJEURE – In the event Leader 193 is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to The FORUM Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such event cannot be held or does not occur due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) Leader 193 shall have the right to terminate the affected Conference without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant.

  • If the affected FORUM Event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Conference, then Leader 193 will reschedule the affected FORUM Event, if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, then you may transfer registration fee you paid, upon written notification to Leader 193 at admin@leader193.com, towards another FORUM Event or you may transfer to another individual in your place, so long as space is still available. Leader 193 reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or deny such registration fee transfer requests. Additionally, Leader 193 does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

While we believe every activity offered during The Forum is crucial to leadership development, you don’t have to get into the ice bath if you are not comfortable! All activities during The Forum are voluntary and optional.

However, we ask that every participant actively support each of The Forum participants who do engage in the cold exposure.

No. You do not need to have a certain level of fitness or mobility to attend The Forum.

This is not a physical fitness event and does not include fitness workouts.

However, The Forum does include breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure, all of which can be adjusted to your current level of fitness or mobility.

Of course, if you have a health condition, please check with your doctor before you participate in any physical movement or breathwork.

In addition, pregnancy and epilepsy are contraindications to participating in certain types of breathwork and cold exposure, so please feel free to reach out to us at admin@leader193.com to discuss safe alternatives you can practice during the event!

Yes! Attending The Forum does not preclude participants from practicing social distancing guidelines, wearing masks, etc.
